ENTRY FEES

Entry fee $35
Registered runners $25 (running club registration number required).

 

Entries close 5pm Sunday 25th October. 
Late Entries (with $10 additional fee) will be taken up to midday Saturday 31st October.

No entries will be taken on the day.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All participants compete at their own risk. Organisers will not accept liability for any personal mishap or injury during the event.

Entry in the Run is limited to runners 13 years and over.

Entry numbers for the event are strictly limited to 400 runners and no walkers.

Late entry fee (additional $15) applies on or after 18 October 2017

Organisers reserve the right to withdraw entrants who do not reach the Godley Head car park  (approx. half way through the run) by 10am.

Every entrant must attend the pre-race briefing on race day.

ENTRY PROCESS

1- When entries open, please click on the link below to go to the online entry page. Select ‘enter’ along side the Boulder Bay Classic option.

2- Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email with your entry number and payment instructions. Please use your entry number and surname in the reference fields when you make your payment.

3- Entries will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Please note that in order for your entry to be secured the race entry fee must be paid within 3 days of entering the event online.

4- You will receive a confirmation email on completion of your payment, which will include your allocated ‘race’ number.
